Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a notification email once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at [fwensclothing@gmail.com] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been processed.
